概要：
Microsoft Teams for Educationではビデオ会議やチャット機能だけでなく、資料共有や課題提出、成績管理、office365各種ソフトウェアとの連携等の機能を備えており、学習活動の一元管理が可能です。本講座では、Microsoft Teams for Educationで何ができるか、LMSとしての活用法について、主に以下の機能の概略と基本的な操作方法をご紹介します。
- 「ホームページ」（2022年8月追加された新機能）や「投稿」を掲示板として情報共有する。
- 「（クラスの）ファイル」を利用して資料の配布や共有を行う。
- 「課題」で小テストやレポートで理解度チェックする。
- 「成績」を使って手軽に成績管理する。

講座名：Assignments in Teams: advanced options to create different types of tasks, review students’ work and provide feedback

概要：
When used as a Learning Management System, Teams is a versatile and easy-to-use tool for creating, managing, and grading assignments.
In this session, building upon the basic procedure for managing assignments in Teams we will review various tasks that teachers can design using this application. We will consider quizzes, documents, presentations, audio and video files, and reading progress. In addition, we will describe the procedure to integrate other applications, such as Flipgrid and Stream, in the assignment’s workflow.
Second, we will focus on how to manage class materials. In Teams, thanks to its cloud services and collaborative tools, teachers can handle (receive, review and return) files sent by students inside the application, without downloading them to their computer.
Finally, we will discuss how to provide feedback and grade students’ work using Teams. In addition, we will consider how to create and use rubrics inside Teams.
Precautions
This will be a practical, hands-on session. No previous knowledge about Teams is required. Similarly, no preparation in advance is needed. If participants that hold a corporate account of Teams could bring their own devices, it would be easier for them to simultaneously replicate the steps we will follow in the discussion, but this is optional.
Although the examples used in the seminar will come from the foreign language education field, the topics of discussion are intended to be of interest to all kinds of lecturers.
This presentation will be conducted in English; however, questions and comments in Japanese will be more than welcome.

講座名：Promoting vocabulary learning with Quizlet

概要：
Quizlet can certainly enable learners to learn vocabulary more actively and effectively both inside and outside the classroom. The first part of this hands-on seminar will answer the questions of why use Quizlet and how to use Quizlet. The presenter will demonstrate how Quizlet’s “auto-define” and “add image” functions can enable learners to make their own well-designed digital word cards quickly and easily. We will do a step-by-step walk-through demonstrating how to create a Quizlet set, how to use study modes (Flashcards and Test), and how to embed Quizlet into Moodle. The second part of the seminar will feature a collaborative team-based learning game called Quizlet Live which will involve attendees working together to correctly match a Quizlet set's terms and definitions. Attendees can expect to take away an understanding of why to use Quizlet, how to use it, and how Quizlet Live boosts classroom engagement. Attendees are encouraged to create a free Quizlet account and download the Quizlet app on their mobile device in advance. Although this seminar will be conducted in English, comments and/or questions in Japanese are very welcome.

本講座では、「Moodleとは何？」「どうやって始めればいいの？」「何ができるの？」といった基本的な疑問を解決します。広島大学でこれまで使われてきたBlackboard Learn 9.1（Bb9）から広大Moodleへ円滑に移行できるようにサポートいたします。Moodleを実際に操作しながら、基本的な機能を設定して簡易的なコースを作成しましょう。ここでは、各授業回のセクション作成、WordやPDFファイルのアップロード、外部ウェブサイトへのリンク貼付、テキストラベルの作成について、その方法を実践しながら紹介します。授業を始めるにあたって必要な情報を掲載し、学生にもわかりやすいコースを作成しましょう。

本講座では，授業内外の学習活動に活用できる3つの機能をご紹介します。①小テスト：多肢選択問題をはじめとする，多様な小テストが利用可能です。語学授業で利用することが多い形式に焦点を当て，お試し問題を作成しましょう。②課題：学生が作成したWordやPDF，発音を録音した音声データなどの提出を課す際に利用できる機能です。テキストのみの提出も可能です。③フィードバック：毎時間の振り返りシート，出席確認用の提出物として利用できる機能です。まずは，デフォルトで表示される「コメントシート」を活用しましょう。

講座名：Class Management with Moodle

概要：
This seminar aims to provide novice Moodle users with an explanation of commonly used functions in Moodle, that can be used to improve class management. By using the Moodle interface, instructors are able to send students class announcements and messages, as well as collect assignments. An explanation of how to perform these functions will be demonstrated. Additionally, this seminar will provide a basic overview of how to create and utilize an automated gradebook for the class, which includes automatic calculations to determine the weight of various tasks and assignments.
